Shipping policy

Most designs on Monothic are made to order. I start from scratch for each piece, making sure it gets shipped to you fresh from my bench. I keep most materials and most gemstones in stock to begin working right away. For special orders in gold, platinum and palladium the materials are sourced once you place the order. Lead time for made to order items are 5-8 weeks for silver, and 8-10 weeks for gold, platinum and palladium, depending on how many customers are in line. Silver orders are shipped either by USPS or UPS, depending on the order. Special orders are shipped UPS next day air. You can upgrade the free shipping option as you wish.

International shipments are shipped with DHL Express. All Import taxes and duties are paid up front and remitted to your country for smooth transit through customs. Most international orders take 3-5 days for delivery.

For in stock, ready-to-ship items I try to ship out within 1-2 business days.
