Shipping policy

Most designs on Monothic are made to order. I start from scratch for each piece, making sure it gets shipped to you fresh from my bench. I keep most materials and most gemstones in stock to begin working right away, however there are some exceptions for exclusive stones and high karat gold. Lead time for made to order items are 3-6 weeks, depending on how many customers are in line. Silver orders are shipped USPS unless otherwise specified, gold orders are shipped FedEx or UPS express.

For in stock, ready-to-ship items I try to ship out within 1-2 business days.
