Refund policy

At Monothic, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase it can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. 

I require a proof of purchase to honor any return or exchange. Your order number can be found in the confirmation email.

There are no returns for:
Custom orders or custom gemstones
Personalized items
Items on sale or closeout

Return eligibility requirements:

• Product must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included. A $5.00 repacking fee will apply for missing boxes, cases, pouches etc.

Customers are responsible for shipping items back. Eligible returns will be fully refunded once the item arrives back at my studio and is inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to process back to the original payment method on file.

Special Orders
Due to the bespoke nature of special orders, a 15% restocking fee will be incurred for any approved special order return. The restocking fee will be deducted from the return amount.
